Abigail Tremble
Abigail Tremble, co-founder and Vice President of Operations for
SightWise Solutions, has a decade of experience in client solutions.
Abigail implemented and directed several significant national projects,
including centralizing a national customer service operation, creating
two online universities, and implementing ISO 9001:2000 systems
and Six Sigma improvement programs. Abigail’s passion for
continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness
transfers into innovative and lucrative results for clients.
Always adventurous and excited to meet new people, Abigail, moved
from her native California to attend University of Georgia in Athens
to earn her bachelors degree in History. Shortly after completing
her studies at UGA, Abigail started as a Staffing Specialist with
Excel Temporary and Technical Services. Within a year, Excel promoted
Abigail to Training Manager for Excel’s clients in 50+ branches.
Later that year, after Randstad Staffing Services acquired Excel,
they enlisted her to create a national client and talent education
program to support over 500 branches.
Leveraging modern web-based technologies, Abigail created RU Learning,
offering hundreds of online courses to Randstad talent and clients.
As a result of RU Learning, clients worth in excess of $50M to
Randstad entered into exclusive and nationwide staffing agreements.
After discovering RU Learning, a New York based consulting and
training company recruited Abigail to create an online university
and develop e-learning courses in ISO 9001:2000 and Six Sigma.
Abigail took the Director of Web-based Technologies position and
created SAM University. While working on the university, Abigail
managed various long-term implementations of ISO 9001:2000 systems
and Six Sigma programs with clients in the manufacturing industry.
In 2003, a national logistics company wanted to take advantage
of Abigail’s
growing portfolio of successful start-up projects and knowledge
of popular business improvement methodologies to help centralize
their customer service operations. As the Director of Training
and Process Improvement, Abigail’s plan led to the centralization
of over 120 locations to the headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
By October 2006, ready to combine her experience in recruiting,
consulting, and start-up operations, Abigail joined Katherine Rotolo
to start SightWise Solutions.
